Unit N2 is in a very quiet section of the complex, close to all amenities and maintained in excellent, like-new condition.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1033 square-foot home sleeps 6. In the master bedroom is a king-size bed, TV, computer desk, FREE high-speed cable internet access and a color printer. Light-blocking drapes let you sleep as late as you wish! The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds (or 1 king by request) and a TV/VCR. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa, flat-screen TV, and VCR/CD/DVD player. We provide books, videotapes, DVDs, CD's, board games, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, beach mats, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards - even shovels and pails for your family's enjoyment!

The Fairway Villas is a gated condo complex featuring an infinity-edge pool, lava-rock spa, poolside picnic area with gas BBQs, and a poolside exercise room. The Fairway Villas were completed in 2003.
