Our unit overlooks the King's Lake and the golf course. Our fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen includes GE-Profile appliiances, granite countertops and cherrywood cabinets. Unit N2 is in a very quiet section of the complex, close to all amenities and maintained in excellent, like-new condition.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home has accommodations for 6. In the master bedroom is a king-size bed, 20' TV, computer desk, FREE high-speed cable internet access and a color printer. Light-blocking drapes let you sleep as late as you wish! The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds (or 1 king by request) and a 13' TV/VCR. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa, 27' TV, and VCR/CD/DVD player. We provide books, videotapes, DVDs, CD's, board games, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, beach mats, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards - even shovels and pails for your family's enjoyment!

The Fairway Villas is a gated condo complex featuring an infinity-edge pool, lava-rock spa, poolside picnic area with gas BBQs, and a poolside exercise room. The Fairway Villas were completed in 2003.
Waikoloa Beach Resort features two championship golf courses and the beautiful white sand beach, 'Anaeho'omalu Bay - great for enjoying a wide varitey of water sports or just relaxing. "A-Bay" beach is just a 10-minute walk from unit N2. Rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, kayaks, hydro bikes, and windsurfing equipment. Take a tour in a glass-bottom boat, enjoy a relaxing dinner on a sunset cruise, renew your wedding vows or create new ones while sailing on the Pacific ocean!
